About Me – The Journey Behind the Transformation
My life has been shaped by loss and continuous self-reinvention. I lost my father during early adolescence and my mother in my mid-twenties. I’ve lived in three countries, adapted to new cultures, and experienced six breakups—each one reshaping my understanding of love, pain, and resilience.
These experiences taught me that healing begins by befriending your pain. Today, I guide others through that process—helping them release emotional baggage, rebuild self-worth, and open their hearts to the love they truly deserve.
